Rates & Registration

To register by mail, download the printable registration form. Submit completed form and check to 2017 ACC Mid-Year Meeting, 1025 Connecticut Ave., Suite 200, Washington, DC 20036 USA. Make check payable to: 2017 Mid-Year Meeting.

Registration for 2017 ACC Mid-Year Meeting includes courses, written materials, and scheduled meals/receptions (sign-up required). It does not include housing, travel, or personal expenses.

*Nonmember rate includes one year of ACC membership ($335). Membership eligibility rules apply. ACC membership and meeting registration will be confirmed pending approval of eligibility.

**Day-pass registrants must be eligible for ACC Membership; one-year of ACC membership is not included.

Group Rates

Any company registering two or more attendees will receive a group discount of $50 off of each registration; any company registering five or more attendees will receive a group discount of $100 off of each registration. Offer excludes day-pass registrations. Group discount cannot be combined with other offers or discounts and is only applicable to full registrations. Registrations must be submitted at the same time to receive the discount. Use the "Registering Multiple Attendees" option during online registration, or batch hard-copy registrations and mail them together to ACC, noting the group discount.*

*Payment for a minimum of two registrations must be received at one time in order to qualify for the group rate. No retroactive group rates will be given. If you have already sent in a group registration from your organization and have additional registrants, complete the hard-copy registration form and note that the group rate should be applied.

Confirmation

Registrations are not considered confirmed until payment is processed. Written confirmation of your registration will be emailed immediately after payment is processed (please allow 24-48 hours after submission). Do not consider your registration complete until you have received the confirmation email.

Cancellation

Registration cancellations must be received in writing via cancel@acc.com. Cancellations for registrations processed at the nonmember rate will not be refunded the $335 membership fee included with the registration. Registration cancellations will adhere to the cancellation policy dates below, no exceptions.

*Credit may be used towards the following ACC in-person educational programs: 2017 Legal Service Management, 2017 Corporate Counsel University, 2017 Annual Meeting, 2018 Mid-Year Meeting. Credit may not be used towards any other educational programs not included in this list. Credit may not be divided among programs, and any remaining funds following credit application will be forfeited. Credits may be transferred to an eligible attendee from the same organization, but written notification (via cancel@acc.com) of transfer must be received from original purchaser in order for credit to be valid. Credit will expire April 30, 2018.

Attendee Substitutions

Substitute attendees (from the same organization and eligible to attend) are always welcome. Please email or fax your request, along with a completed registration form for the substitute attendee, to education@acc.com or +1 202.293.4701.

Scholarships

ACC offers a limited number of full- and half-price scholarships to the Mid-Year Meeting. You must be an ACC member to receive a scholarship. The application deadline for this year's Mid-Year Meeting was February 16, 2017. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to accept scholarship applications at this time.

Spouse/Guest Registration Policy

A guest is defined as a spouse or significant other, friend, or relative who is not a member of ACC, is not qualified to become a member and does not work in an industry-related occupation. Please provide your guest's name on your meeting registration. A guest badge will allow access to evening receptions ONLY. Guests may not attend any educational programs or other meal functions, or enter the exhibit area at any other time. The registration fee is $100/guest (limit one).

Special Requirements/Food Restrictions

Participants with special requirements for facilities, visual or audio aids and/or dietary restrictions should note them on the registration form or contact education@acc.com. Requests for special accommodations should be sent as soon as you register, but no later than March 14, 2017, so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

Hotel & Travel

ACC is holding a block of rooms at the New York Marriott Marquis at the rate of $289/night plus tax (single/double) for attendees of the 2017 ACC Mid-Year Meeting. You MUST be a confirmed attendee of the 2017 Mid-Year Meeting in order to make your reservation at the host hotel and receive the ACC negotiated rate. As long as there is still availability in our block, you must book your room by March 11, 2017 (5:00 pm Eastern time) in order to receive the ACC group rate. Use the "Housing" link at the bottom right of your registration statement to make your reservation. Hotel room cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation policy.

*ACC reserves the right to release meeting registration lists to hotels within the ACC block for the sole purpose of a sleeping room audit.
